f you have school-aged kids, you're probably knee-deep in to-do lists, school shopping, and meal planning. It can feel like there is suddenly a mountain of things to accomplish, and transitioning from your summer schedule to one with more structure is no easy task.
Whether you're already back into the swing of things or still counting down the days until school starts, hitting the drive-thru after a busy day can feel like a well-earned treat. Recently, many fast food chains like Taco Bell and Jimmy John's have launched value meals that give us more bang for our buck.
Another of our favorite eateries is stepping in with a fresh deal to help us through the back-to-school frenzy. Burger King is celebrating back-to-school by giving away free kids' meals. From Aug. 12-25, the chain is offering one free King Jr.
Meal to all Burger King Royal Perks Members. The King Jr. Meal features the choice of three entrées: hamburger, cheeseburger, or chicken nuggets. Additionally, the meal includes a side item such as fries, onion rings, or apple sauce. Each King Jr. Meal also includes a drink of choice and a toy.
To snag this offer, just order on Burger King's app or website and add your King Jr. Meal to the cart. There is one catch, however. To claim this deal, you will need to spend at least $10. But don't worry, your hard-earned dollars go far at Burger King.
Between the chain's value menu and its new $5 Your Way Deal, you can snag enough food to feed the whole family and easily hit that minimum. Plus, it's a great excuse to try the new fiery menu items, if you haven't already done so. The back-to-school King Jr. Deal is available at participating Burger King locations nationwide.
